Common use of Implementation Plan Clause in Contracts

Implementation Plan. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of the Contractor’s Implementation Plan as approved by the Department, including the administration of beneficiary problem resolution processes. (Cal. The Contractor shall obtain written approval by the Department prior to making any changes to the Implementation Plan as approved by the Department.
