Implementation of Projects. Sponsor may implement projects herein through private organizations and nonprofit entities as designated on Attachment A.

Implementation of Projects. The Government shall have overall responsibility for any UNIDO-assisted project, including responsibility for implementation of the project and realization of the objectives of the project, in accordance with the relevant Project Document.

Implementation of Projects. It is expected that partners will cooperate on other projects within the framework of research center Technicom. Each other project shall be governed by a separate contract (“project contract”). Each project contract assumes the terms of this agreement. Partners will further agree on the following: subject of the project and individual activities, participation of partners in the implementation of activities, managers of activities, rights obligations of the partners under the intellectual property rights and related rights, which are beyond the scope of this agreement, conditions and arrangements regarding reimbursement, settlement income and assets derived from the project, variations which are not in compliance with this agreement or are beyond the scope of this agreement.

Implementation of Projects. It was noted that a number of grant applications that had been approved in recent years had not yet commenced. It was queried whether a process was required to approve the extension of time for implementation of these projects. The Committee decided that it would be appropriate for the Secretariat, in consultation with the Chair of the Advisory Committee, to grant an extension for one year for the commencement of the project, but that longer extensions would require further consultation with the Advisory Committee.

Implementation of Projects. In the event that the Parties agree to pursue a proposed area of cooperation, the JRMC shall proceed in good faith to negotiate, prepare and document the cooperative undertaking in a Project Plan according to the processes set out in this Agreement. It shall be the responsibility of the JRMC in consultation with the Project Managers of the Parties to negotiate, prepare, agree to and execute Project Plans prior to initiation of proposed projects. The Project Managers shall cooperate and consult with the JRMC in good faith to prepare Project Plan(s) as appropriate for the activities contemplated by the Parties under this Agreement. The Project Managers and/or the JRMC may associate such other personnel as they or it may deem desirable in connection with negotiation, preparation and agreement of Project Plans and may, from time to time, add to, delete from and/or modify the Project Plans as agreed.
