Common use of Implementation of Plan Clause in Contracts

Implementation of Plan. Upon Notification under Section 5.1.4 of this Agreement that the Non-Participating District has provided the required information and assurances necessary to allow its full participation and inclusion in the Exhibit A process, the Technical Panel and newly included Participating District will implement the plan developed under 5.1.2 of this Agreement, as may be modified as part of the approval process, as set forth in Section 5.1.4 of this Agreement.
