Common use of Implementation of Plan Clause in Contracts

Implementation of Plan. ▇▇▇▇ agrees to: (a) implement and operate the Plan as submitted and approved by the Regulator and in accordance with the Regulation; (b) ensure that the Plan continues to be in good standing with the Regulator and that any requirements of the Regulator in respect of the Plan are adhered to; and (c) submit any additional information or material to the Regulator to which the Regulator is entitled and which the Regulator requests and considers relevant.
