Implementation of Classification Framework. The parties to this Agreement agree that following registration of this Agreement with the Fair Work Commission: 8.3.1 The Classification Framework will take effect 8.3.2 All positions across the City will be reviewed and translated across to the new Classification Structure within twelve months 8.3.3 A resolution will be reached to confirm the point of transition of positions, and therefore employees in those positions, from the City of Bayswater Enterprise Agreement (Outside Workforce) to this Agreement.
