Common use of Implementation of Changes Clause in Contracts

Implementation of Changes. Buyer may, at its option, decline to implement any change proposed by Bombardier under Article 8.0 above. If Buyer so declines, Bombardier [* ] based on reasonable substantiation to Buyer and on other operator experience, if any, as if such change has been incorporated. Bombardier shall not make adjustments when Buyer has demonstrated to Bombardier's reasonable satisfaction that such change is not cost effective to Buyer.

Bombardier shall not make adjustments when Buyer has demonstrated to Bombardier's reasonable satisfaction that such change is not cost effective to Buyer.
