Common use of Implementation Obligations Clause in Contracts

Implementation Obligations. The Sponsor shall: (a) produce and provide to TTL, at its own cost, all designs and artwork necessary for the Sponsorship Rights within such print deadlines as are reasonably specified by TTL to enable the delivery of the Sponsorship Rights in accordance with this Contract; (b) be responsible for all costs for additional obligations of implementing the Sponsorship Rights, other than those obligations set out in this Contract.

Implementation Obligations.
