Implementation Arrangement. Recognising the different levels of readiness of Parties in implementing some of the commitments under this Chapter, Parties shall be given a period of time as identified in Annex 4A (Period of Time to Implement the Commitments) during which the full implementation of specified commitments shall commence.
Implementation Arrangement. 2. The Recipient shall implement the Project in accordance with the procedures set out in the Project Implementation Manual, the Administrative, Financial and Accounting Procedures Manual and the memorandum of understanding referred to in Section I, Part A, paragraph 1 (g) above and, except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall not amend or waive any provision thereof, if in the opinion of the Association, such amendment or waiver may materially and adversely affect the implementation of the Project.
3. Each year, the Recipient shall develop an Annual Action Plan, which shall include a budget for its implementation, in accordance with the procedures described in the Project Implementation Manual and the Administrative, Financial and Accounting Procedures Manual, based on the draft Subprograms prepared by each entity involved in the implementation of the Project (each an Implementing Entity).
Implementation Arrangement. 1. The Competent Authorities of the Contracting Parties shall conclude an Arrangement that sets out the measures necessary for the implementation of this Agreement.
2. The liaison agencies of each Contracting Party shall be designated in the Arrangement.
Implementation Arrangement. Ministry of Railways (MOR) will be the Executing Agency responsible for overall IP implementation. The Foreign Capital and Technical Import Center (FCTIC), under MOR, will coordinate the IP management task and be responsible for procurement, withdrawals, and reporting vis-à-vis Asian Development Bank (ADB). MOR confirmed that the staff employed will be experienced in railway engineering, financial, and administrative matters; and implementing projects financed by international financial institutions. MOR has also established a steering committee headed by Director General, FCTIC for implementing the Investment Program. The steering committee will approve tranches and provide guidelines and instructions regarding the overall operation of the Investment Program.
