Avoiding or minimizing custom or modified features will aid in keeping the support costs to the amount allocated. The recommended implementation and training support services include: a) implementation of the Tyler Software; b) Training you or assisting with your training on the Tyler Software; and c) tailoring of Tyler Software by our technical staff and/or consultation with our technical staff, if applicable. The project management, implementation and training support services provided by us may be performed at your premises and/or at our headquarters in Troy, Michigan (e.g., portions of project management are performed in Troy). We make all reasonable efforts to schedule our personnel for travel, including arranging travel reservations, at least two (2) weeks in advance of commitments. Therefore, if you cancel services less than two (2) weeks in advance (other than for Force Majeure or breach by us), you will be liable for all (a) non-refundable expenses incurred by us on your behalf, and (b) daily fees associated with cancelled professional services if we are unable to reassign our personnel. We will make all reasonable efforts to reassign personnel in the event you cancel within two (2) weeks of scheduled commitments.
Implementation and Training Support Services. Based on the Licensed Standard Software listed on Exhibit A, up to 38 days of New World implementation and training support services have been allocated for this project, to include a minimum of 13 days for City build team, 13 days for end-user staff training and 12 days for other technical support services. To the extent Customer imposes or requests additional requirements on New World for services other than those provided for in this Agreement, such services requested shall be billed at the Daily Rate and shall be provided only after written approval by Customer. Customer agrees to reimburse New World for support trips canceled by Customer less than ten (10) days before the scheduled start date for the trip to cover New World’s out-of-pocket costs. The recommended implementation and training support services include: a) implementation of each package of Licensed Standard Software; b) Customer training and/or assistance in testing for each package of Licensed Standard Software; and c) tailoring of Licensed Standard Software by New World technical staff and/or consultation with The project management, implementation and training support services provided by New World may be performed at Customer’s premises and/or at New World national headquarters in Troy, Michigan (e.g., portions of project management are performed in ▇▇▇▇). Customer shall not be required to travel to New World’s headquarters for implementation and training.

The recommended implementation and training support services include: a) implementation of each package of Licensed Standard Software; and b) Customer training and/or assistance in testing for each package of Licensed Standard Software.
Implementation and Training Support Services. The implementation and training support services include, but are not limited to the following: a) implementation of each package of Licensed Standard Software; b) Customer training and/or assistance in testing for each package of Licensed Standard Software; and as further described in SOW Step 5: Functional Review and Appendix 7Training Syllabus c) tailoring of Licensed Standard Software by New World technical staff and/or consultation with New World technical staff; as well as all tasks as further described in SOW Step 6: Finalize Configuration. The project management, implementation and training support services provided by New World may be performed at County’s premises and/or at New World national headquarters in Troy, Michigan (e.g., portions of project management are performed in ▇▇▇▇). There is no obligation or requirement for County personnel to travel to ▇▇▇▇. As part of this Agreement, New World will provide 1066 hours of training to the County. The County may elect to use the provided training hours at its discretion (e.g., swap training hours between courses). In the event the County does not use all the provided training hours, the balance will “roll-over” so that the County can use the unused hours for other New World billable tasks (e.g., services, on-site support, etc.)

Related to Implementation and Training Support Services

  • Implementation Services Vendor shall provide the Implementation Services, if any, described in Exhibit A. The Services Fees for any Implementation Services shall be described in Exhibit A.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Support Services Rehabilitation, counselling and EAP’s. Support is strictly non- punitive, and can be accessed at anytime (self-identification of the need for help is strongly encouraged).

  • Maintenance and Support Services As long as you are not using the Help Desk as a substitute for our training services on the Tyler Software, and you timely pay your maintenance and support fees, we will, consistent with our then-current Support Call Process: 3.1 perform our maintenance and support obligations in a professional, good, and workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards, to resolve Defects in the Tyler Software (limited to the then-current version and the immediately prior version); provided, however, that if you modify the Tyler Software without our consent, our obligation to provide maintenance and support services on and warrant the Tyler Software will be void; 3.2 provide telephone support during our established support hours; 3.3 maintain personnel that are sufficiently trained to be familiar with the Tyler Software and Third Party Software, if any, in order to provide maintenance and support services; 3.4 provide you with a copy of all major and minor releases to the Tyler Software (including updates and enhancements) that we make generally available without additional charge to customers who have a maintenance and support agreement in effect; and 3.5 provide non-Defect resolution support of prior releases of the Tyler Software in accordance with our then-current release life cycle policy.

  • Training Services All training services, including any Deliverables, are provided for Customer’s internal training purposes only. Customer may not replicate the Deliverables or use the Deliverables to develop any of the products described in such training Deliverables. Training Deliverables are not subject to any maintenance, support, or updates.
