Implants. Fees in excess of the benefits carrier fee schedule or fees for services which are not set out in the Dental Fee Schedule.

Implants a. The Contractor shall not initiate the placement of implants on any inmate. However, should an inmate be incarcerated with implants that have not been completed, the Department will attempt to arrange continuation of such care at the inmate's expense.
b. Those inmates incarcerated while undergoing implant dentistry shall be identified by reception center dentists. The name and address of the treating dentist shall be CONTRACT C2297

If Seller is not sure if cattle have been implanted, then seller must have licensed veterinarian inspect cattle at seller’s expense before sale day and provide CLVP with documentation from veterinarian. If cattle are found to have implants by the buyer's veterinarian, seller will be responsible for veterinarian charges on cattle found to be implanted; this will only pertain to the number of head found to be implanted. (Note to seller: ▇▇▇▇▇ has two hours to notify CLVP of suspected implanted cattle, after two hours it is assumed that cattle are as bought.)
Implants. Implants used in orthopedic surgery, spinal surgery, neuro surgery, billing shall be strictly as per mentioned charges or sticker should be applied with maximum eligible limit laid down in GSO-2. The amount of implant mentioned in sticker and rate as per GSO-2 whichever is less shall be the eligible amount for billing.
