Impact Analysis. 3.4.1 The purpose of the impact analysis is to provide a context for a discussion around the approval and implementation of the proposed Change. 3.4.2 The impact analysis will consider the effect of the proposed Change on other aspects of this Agreement (including other Services). If the proposed Change has no such impact, a "no impact" statement will be made. 3.4.3 The Supplier shall take the following issues into account (as relevant to the applicable Change) in the impact analysis:β€Œ (a) whether the proposed Change is a New Service; (b) pricing elements; (c) migration dates; (d) acceptance criteria; (e) infrastructure requirements including new assets and/or software; (f) relevant third-party agreements; (g) IPR considerations; and (h) any other matter reasonably requested by the Customer at the time of the impact analysis or reasonably considered by the Supplier to be relevant. 3.4.4 The Parties acknowledge that the list set out in paragraph 3.4.3 above is not an exhaustive list and that there may be additional or different factors to consider in the context of a particular Change. 3.4.5 The factors set out in paragraph 3.4.3 should be considered in such a way to ensure that the impact analysis clearly shows the impact of the proposed Change (if any) on the Charges, the Services and any other relevant matter covered by this Agreement.
