Impact Analysis. The consultant(s) will analyze the wastewater impacts of each of the Phase 1 alternative development framework scenarios, including whether proposed approaches are sufficient to achieve the following objectives: a. Augment existing and planned system capacity, and b. Establish a favorable local and state permitting outlook for the development project.
