Common use of ImmunoGen Representations Clause in Contracts

ImmunoGen Representations. IMMUNOGEN represents and warrants that: (a) the execution and delivery of this Agreement and the performance of the transactions contemplated hereby have been duly authorized by all appropriate IMMUNOGEN corporate action; and (b) IMMUNOGEN is under no obligation which is inconsistent with this Agreement.
