Immunity of Debenture Trustee and Others. The Debentureholders and the Debenture Trustee hereby waive and release any right, cause of action or remedy now or hereafter existing in any jurisdiction against any past, present or future officer, trustee or holder of Trust Units of the Trust or of any successor, in each case in such capacity, for the payment of the principal of or premium or interest on any of the Debentures or on any covenant, agreement, representation or warranty by the Trust herein or in the Debentures contained.
