Common use of IMI Clause in Contracts

IMI. shall obtain and maintain at all times during the term of this Agreement Comprehensive General Liability Insurance, including Products Liability, ***** IMI shall provide ▇▇▇▇▇▇ with a Certificate of Insurance evidencing this coverage within thirty (30) days following written request by ▇▇▇▇▇▇.
