The IMI clause establishes the use of the International Mediation Institute (IMI) as the designated body for administering mediation proceedings in the event of a dispute. In practice, this means that if a disagreement arises between the parties, they agree to refer the matter to mediation under the rules and procedures set by the IMI, which may include appointing a mediator from an approved list and following a structured process for resolution. The core function of this clause is to provide a clear, neutral, and internationally recognized framework for resolving disputes amicably, thereby reducing the likelihood of costly and protracted litigation.
IMI shall obtain and maintain at all times during the term of this Agreement Comprehensive General Liability Insurance, including Products Liability, ***** IMI shall provide ▇▇▇▇▇▇ with a Certificate of Insurance evidencing this coverage within thirty (30) days following written request by ▇▇▇▇▇▇.
IMI. The IMI was developed in a participatory manner to measure and monitor the leadership and management capacities of the VCCs. It examines various activities vital for sustaining and achieving ownership of the CLICS program. Development of the IMI involved discussions and input from different CBOs and other stakeholders such as GP members, staff of the Primary Health Center (PHC) and the ICDS scheme, other NGO partners, and faculty of the DCM. LOGFID: MGIMS developed this tool for CLICS to guide the growth and development of CBOs at the village level. It provides a means to plan and monitor the progress of the various CBOs launched under CLICS.
IMI. The Union Negotiating Committee may allocate total package increase(s) each year to these Funds. IMI is a Laborer/Management Trust Fund and the Employers shall have the right to participate if they so desire.
