Illumina represents and warrants that (i) it has the right and authority to enter into this Agreement, (ii) it has all rights and licenses necessary to sell the Products in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and (iii) the person signing this Agreement on its behalf has the right and authority to bind Illumina to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
