The Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that there is no ready public market for the Securities and that there is no guarantee or expectation that a market for their resale will ever develop and exist. The Company has no obligation to list any of the Securities on any market or take any steps (including registration under the Securities Act or the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended) with respect to facilitating the trading or resale of the Securities. The Subscriber may have to bear the economic risk of this investment indefinitely, and the Subscriber acknowledges that he/she/it is able to bear the economic risk of losing his/ her/its entire investment in the Securities.
