ILLEGAL. ACTIVITY The tenant shall use the premises for legal purposes only, any other such use that includes but is not limited to illicit drug use, verbal or physical abuse of any persons, or illegal sexual behavior shall cause the immediate expulsion of *Primary Renter and guests, with NO REFUND of the pre-paid rent. POSSESSIONS Any personal items or possessions that are left on the Premises are not the responsibility of the Rental Managers. We will make every reasonable effort to return your items. After a period of 4 weeks your items will be donated to a local non-profit of our choice. PETS are allowed at some of the rentals and must be pre-approved by the rental manager.
