Illegal. Should any Article, Section, or Clause of this contract be declared illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, said Article, Section, or Clause, as the case may be, shall be automatically deleted from this contract to the extent that it violated the law, but the remaining Articles, Sections, and Clauses shall remain in full force and effect for the duration of the Contract, if not affected by the deleted Article, Section or Clause.

The Parties acknowledge and agree that, to the extent that (x) any Order or Orders whether temporary, preliminary or permanent, issued by any Governmental Authority exists as of the Initial Closing restraining, enjoining, preventing or prohibiting the consummation of any of the Contemplated Transactions (including the transfer of any assets to the Buyer Parties in accordance with Schedule 2.6), but such Orders do not, in the aggregate, apply to a Substantial Portion of the Contemplated Transactions, or (y) as of the Initial Closing, any Law in effect that makes the consummation of any of the Contemplated Transactions (including the transfer of any assets to the Buyer Parties in accordance with Schedule 2.6) illegal, but does not make a Substantial Portion of the Contemplated Transactions illegal, then, in each case ((x) and (y)) the assets subject to any such illegal, prohibited, restrained, prevented or enjoined Contemplated Transaction shall be treated as “Deferred Closing Assets” for purposes of this Agreement and shall be subject to the obligations and procedures set forth in Section 2.5 (except that the “Outside Deferred Closing Date” with respect to any such assets shall be the date that is three (3) Business Days after the date on which such Contemplated Transactions may first be lawfully consummated and except to the extent otherwise mutually agreed upon by the Parties).
Illegal. Any user who has not made application for service and received a service connection or whose service has been terminated or who uses a connection for purposes other than as provided in the user's assigned classification is an illegal user.

ACTIVITY The tenant shall use the premises for legal purposes only, any other such use that includes but is not limited to illicit drug use, verbal or physical abuse of any persons, or illegal sexual behavior shall cause the immediate expulsion of *Primary Renter and guests, with NO REFUND of the pre-paid rent. POSSESSIONS Any personal items or possessions that are left on the Premises are not the responsibility of the Rental Managers. We will make every reasonable effort to return your items. After a period of 4 weeks your items will be donated to a local non-profit of our choice. PETS are allowed at some of the rentals and must be pre-approved by the rental manager.
Illegal drug for the purposes of this provision shall mean a controlled substance as defined in the U.S. Controlled Substances Act (21 USC 812) and as further defined in regulation at 21 CFR 1308.11 - 1308.15.
Illegal. ACTIVITY Landlord may terminate this lease and give Tenant 30 days notice to vacate if Tenant or any of Tenant’s guests stores, uses, sells, manufactures or distributes illegal drugs on the leased premises or engages in any other illegal activity under state, municipal, or federal law.

Illegal. Drug shall mean any drug or controlled substance the sale or consumption of which is restricted or controlled by the State of Montana or the federal government but shall not include a prescription drug for which the possessor has a valid prescription.

Workers Illegal worker means a person who: • unlawfully entered and remains in Australia; • has lawfully entered Australia, but remains in Australia after his or her visa has expired; or • has lawfully entered Australia, but is working in breach of his or her visa conditions. You must not, and you must ensure that your subcontractors do not, engage illegal workers. If you become aware that any illegal worker is involved in providing the deliverables (whether engaged by you or a subcontractor), you must immediately arrange for them to be replaced. If requested in writing by the buyer, you must provide evidence within 14 days that you have taken all reasonable steps to comply with this clause.
