Illegal Provision. If any provision herein contained shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision hereof, and this Agreement shall be construed as if such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision had never been contained herein.

Illegal Provision. Should any provision of this Agreement be declared illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction such provision shall immediately become null and void, leaving the remainder of the Agreement in full force and effect and the parties shall thereupon seek to negotiate substitute provisions, which are in conformity with the applicable laws.
