Illegal, Immoral Usage. 8.6.1 Not to use the Premises for any illegal, immoral or improper use.
8.6.2 Not to use or consume in or about the Premises during the continuance of this Tenancy any drugs mentioned in the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 or any other controlled substances, the use of which may from this time on be prohibited or restricted by statute.

7.6.2 Not to use or consume in or about the Premises during the continuance of this tenancy any of the drugs mentioned in the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 or any other controlled substances the use of which may hereinafter be prohibited or restricted by statute and in the event of any breach of this condition then the Landlord shall be entitled to absolutely determine this agreement without prejudice to the Landlord’s right to enforce all of the provisions set out herein in particular, but not limited to, the Tenant’s liability in respect of the payment of rent and the Landlord’s consequential losses arising from any other breach of the provisions set out herein.
Illegal, Immoral Usage. 8.6.1 Not to use nor shall anyone else living with the Tenant or visiting the Tenant use the Premises for any illegal, immoral or improper use.
8.6.2 Not to nor shall anyone else living with the Tenant or visiting the Tenant consume, smoke, store, make or sell in or about the Premises Parts during the continuance of this tenancy any drugs mentioned in the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 or any other controlled substances, the use of which may from this time on be prohibited or restricted by statute.
8.6.3 Not to use the property as a holiday let, B&B or Airbnb (or similar short-term let).
