Illegal activities by the Lessee. and Peddling The Lessee shall not cause a nuisance to its neighbours and shall respect the good order and the security of the Immovable. Any peddling and soliciting in the Immovable is strictly prohibited and the Lessee agrees to cooperate with the Lessor in order to prevent such activities.
