ILEC Collocation Sample Clauses

The ILEC Collocation clause establishes the terms under which a competitive telecommunications provider may physically locate its equipment within the facilities of an Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier (ILEC). Typically, this clause outlines the types of collocation permitted (such as physical or virtual), the technical and security requirements, and the procedures for requesting and maintaining collocation space. ILEC Collocation. Requesting Carrier may also request via an NSCR that Ameritech offer Requesting Carrier a collocation arrangement not offered in this Article XII but that has been made available by another incumbent LEC (“ILEC Collocation”).
