Ignition. On Data for EVPH Applications only. Once every 30 days, when you turn on your Vehicle, the battery data and vehicle location (latitude and longitude) data (“Location Data”) will be automatically sent from your Vehicle to Toyota solely for data analysis of battery behavior. Such data is retained for 20 (twenty) years for comparative analysis.
Ignition. Spark ignition with 100 percent main-valve shutoff with electronic flame supervision.

Ignition. Ignition delay time is an important property and it is very different for the two fuel components ammonia and n-heptane, with the first one igniting extremely slow. Addition of small fractions of n-heptane to ammonia rapidly increase the ignition delay time, which is the reason why heavy hydrocarbons are suitable as pilot fuels for ammonia combustion. In the mechanism reduction an ignition delay time was the main target with 553 cases spanning a wide range of temperatures, pressures and mixture fractions. Overall the agreement between the reduced and the detailed mechanism is excellent, with only some discrepancies for the low-temperature region for mixtures with lowest n-heptane content. However, the difference is less than what is commonly considered to be the range of experimental uncertainties.

Implementation includes the following:- 1.1.1. Configuration of a supported compensation plan, promotions and demotions as per The Client’s submitted documentation; 1.1.2. Implementation of the site and management system look and feel (not including design or page layout); 1.1.3. Implementation of the functionality outlined in the scope document approved by NetReady and The Client and annexed to this agreement; 1.1.4. Capture of 4 pages of content; 1.1.5. System orientation & training shall be provided via online training located in The Client’s NetReady back office 1.2. Monthly Fee $395 (Three Hundred and Ninety Five US Dollars) per month until such time as The Client moves onto a dedicated server at which time the amount will increase to $1200 (One Thousand Two Hundred US Dollars) per month.
Ignition. Off Data for EVPH Applications only. When you turn off your Vehicle, remaining battery charge, plug connection status, scheduled time for next charge, and number of miles remaining until next charge, will automatically be sent from your Vehicle to Toyota to support the EVPH Applications. If you opt-in to using ECO Dashboard, you will be able to view your Vehicle’s efficiency in terms of fuel consumption (miles driven and gallons consumed), battery usage, and ECO Driving Score on your mobile device. Ignition Off Data is used by Toyota to create the ECO Driving Score for your ECO Dashboard. At each ignition off, the data collected will be retained only for the period of time necessary to support the EVPH Applications and deliver Services to you. Toyota May also share anonymized and aggregated Ignition-Off Data in the form of analytic reporting with federal and state regulatory agencies and non-profit organizations for the purpose of education and research related to environment and energy issues, advanced technology and usage analysis and retained only for the period of time necessary to fulfill these goals.

  • Rubric The rubrics are a scoring tool used for the Educator’s self-assessment, the formative assessment, the formative evaluation and the summative evaluation. The districts may use either the rubrics provided by ESE or comparably rigorous and comprehensive rubrics developed or adopted by the district and reviewed by ESE.

  • Fuel The Vehicle must be returned with the amount of fuel equal to that at the time of the commencement of the rental. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged to You at a rate of $5.00 per litre (which includes a service component).

  • Welding Welding and use of cutting torches or cutoff saws will be permitted only in areas that have been cleared or are free of all material capable of carrying fire. Flammable debris and vegetation must be removed from within a minimum 10-foot radius of all welding and cutting operations. A shovel and a 5-gallon standard backpack water container filled and with handpump attached shall be immediately available for use in the event of a fire start. C8.64 – DEBARMENT AND SUSPENSION CERTIFICATION (3/18). Pursuant to 2 CFR 180 and 2 CFR 417, Purchaser shall certify and obtain certifications from its Subcontractors regarding debarment, suspension, ineligibility, and voluntary exclusion, including additional Subcontractors obtained after award of this contract. “Subcontractors” are participants in lower tier covered transactions. Purchaser may rely upon a certification of a prospective Subcontractor that it is not proposed for debarment under 48 CFR 9.4, debarred, suspended, ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participating in covered transactions or timber sales, unless Purchaser knows that the certification is erroneous. Purchaser shall keep the certifications of its Subcontractors on file until timber sale Termination Date and any extensions thereof, and will provide a copy at the written request of Contracting Officer. Nothing contained in the foregoing shall be construed to require establishment of a system of records in order to render in good faith the certification required by this Subsection. The knowledge and information of Purchaser is not required to exceed that which is normally possessed by a prudent person in the ordinary course of business dealings. If Purchaser knowingly enters into a timber sale transaction with a person who is proposed for debarment under 48 CFR 9.4, suspended, debarred, ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation in covered transactions or timber sales, in addition to other remedies available to the Government, Forest Service may pursue available remedies, including suspension and/or debarment. Contracting Officer shall provide a copy of Forms AD-1047 Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension and Other Responsibility Matters – Primary Covered Transactions and AD-1048 Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, Ineligibility and Voluntary Exclusion – Lower Tier Covered Transactions to the Purchaser. Purchaser shall complete form AD-1047 and provide to the Contracting Officer upon request. Purchaser shall require each subcontractor to complete form AD-1048 and provide to the Contracting Officer upon request.

  • Flextime For the purpose of this agreement, flextime means the hours worked by an employee, or group of employees, who are given authority by the Employer to: (1) choose their starting and finishing times; and (2) choose their length of workday within a stated maximum number of hours, subject to meeting the required annual hours of work in accordance with this agreement, through a specified averaging period. The full-time employee on flextime who has a day of absence, whether with or without pay, will be deemed to be absent for the agreed upon hours, providing at least the agreed upon hours are required to complete the averaging period. If less than the agreed upon hours are required to complete the averaging period, such number of hours will be deemed to be the hours of absence. The averaging period for employees on flextime will be two pay periods. The workday for those employees on flextime will not exceed 10 hours.‌

Blasting may be suspended by Forest Service, in areas of high rate of spread and resistance to control. Fuses shall not be used for blasting. Explosive cords shall not be used without permission of Forest Service, which may specify conditions under which such explosives may be used and precautions to be taken.
