IFAA Clause Samples

IFAA. 1. IFAA shall operate separately and autonomously from MNMF but the parties will collaborate in all matters of mutual interest. 2. In recognition of MOIFA’s important role in the growth and support of the Market, IFAA shall pay thirty thousand ($30,000) to the MNMF, on behalf of MOIFA, in support of MOIFA’s education and exhibition programs. Such payment shall be made annually in October of each year during the term of this agreement. 3. IFAA shall credit the MNMF as a Market partner in the same manner that it credits DCA and MOIFA. 4. Where feasible and appropriate, IFAA shall include MNMF’s institutional logo in publicity, advertising and other information materials generated by the Market to the same extent that it does so for MOIFA. 5. IFAA shall make available to the President of the MNMF a discrete number of complimentary reserved tickets for Friday Night Market to be used in furtherance of the MNMF’s fundraising purposes for the State Museums. 6. IFAA shall permit a Market booth for the MNMF Shops, subject to IFAA’s merit selection process.
