Visitors Center. The Visitor’s Center can be open during your event for a fee of $50, but a village employee must be present to supervise the Center. In addition to the $50 rental fee, the below rates will apply: Specific hours requested: During Regular Work Hours $50/hr. Weekend or Evening Hours $73/hr.
Visitors Center. The Commissioners consider the Visitors Center located near Xxxxxx Park in Denton, Maryland, to be a Town of Xxxxxx municipal project/property. As such, the Development Corporation shall not use County funds to operate or maintain the Visitors Center.   • Visitors Resident will be responsible in all matters regarding this Agreement for the conduct of anyone Resident invites or permits to enter the Residence Facility or its grounds. Any violation of the provisions of this Agreement by such a person will be attributed to Resident and will be grounds for cancellation of this Agreement by College on behalf of Provider, as well as grounds for discipline of Resident by College through its disciplinary process.

  • Data Center Location Upon the effective date of the Agreement, the Data Centers used to host Personal Data in the Cloud Service are located in the EEA or Switzerland. SAP will not migrate the Customer instance to a Data Center outside the EEA or Switzerland without Customer’s prior written consent (email permitted). If SAP plans to migrate the Customer instance to a Data Center within the EEA or to Switzerland, SAP will notify Customer in writing (email permitted) no later than thirty days before the planned migration.

  • Sites Sites shall mean the locations set forth in the Contract Documentation.

  • Directory To participate in the MnDOT TGB program, a business must be certified at the time of contract execution. Certified Targeted Group Businesses are listed in the Directory of Certified Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged and VET Vendors. MnDOT makes no representation as to any TGB’s technical or financial ability to perform the work. Prime contractors are solely responsible for performing due diligence in hiring TGB firms. A TGB’s failure to perform the work will not be considered justification for a compensation increase or time extension.

  • Access to Work Locations Reasonable access to employee work locations shall be granted officers of the Association and their officially designated representatives for the purpose of processing grievances or contacting members of the Association concerning business within the scope of representation. Such officers or representatives shall not enter any work location without the consent of the City Manager. Access shall be restricted so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the department or with established safety or security requirements. Solicitation of membership and activities concerned with the internal management of the Association, such as collecting dues, holding membership meetings, campaigning for office, conducting elections and distributing literature, shall not be conducted during working hours.

  • Service Areas The MCP agrees to provide services to Aged, Blind or Disabled (ABD) members, Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) members, and Adult Extension members residing in the following service area(s): Central/Southeast Region ☐ Northeast Region ☐ West Region ☐ The ABD and MAGI categories of assistance are described in OAC rule 5160-26-02. The Adult Extension category is defined in Ohio’s Medicaid State Plan as authorized by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The MCP shall serve all counties in any region they agree to serve.
