Visitors Center. Chamber shall provide a visitor information center, year around, within the Chamber’s facility at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ and will provide the initial meet and greet liaison interface for walk-up tourists, phone inquiries, internet requests and other tourist related information for Gallup and the surrounding area. The visitors’ center will also collect zip code and email data from visiting guests and submit a report in May of 2021 with the annual data to the City of Gallup Tourism and Marketing Manager.
Visitors Center. UBA shall monitor the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Avenue Visitors Center to ensure that displays remain current, for as long as the Center is maintainable.
Visitors Center. The Visitor’s Center can be open during your event for a fee of $50, but a village employee must be present to supervise the Center. In addition to the $50 rental fee, the below rates will apply: Specific hours requested: During Regular Work Hours $50/hr. Weekend or Evening Hours $73/hr.
Visitors Center. MOIFA shall coordinate with IFAA its use of the Museum Hill Visitors Center during August through May in order to protect any IFAA office equipment or supplies that are in the Visitors’ Center.

Visitors Center. The Commissioners consider the Visitors Center located near ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Park in Denton, Maryland, to be a Town of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ municipal project/property. As such, the Development Corporation shall not use County funds to operate or maintain the Visitors Center. Any tenancy of the Visitors Center by the Development Corporation shall be subject to these further terms and conditions: 1. The Commissioners shall review and approve any lease between the Development Corporation and the Town of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (owner of the Visitors Center). The term of such lease shall not exceed the term of this MOU. 2. The Commissioners shall review and approve any other agreement(s) between the Development Corporation and the Town of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ regarding the Visitors Center. 3. If the lease and any other agreements are approved by the County Commissioners, the Director of Tourism may occupy an office within the Visitors Center. The Director shall not support, direct, or participate in the operations of the Visitors Center including but not limited to: a. Be routinely responsible for opening the Visitor Center for the public at the beginning of the day or closing the Visitors Center at the end of the day; b. Opening the Visitors Center after normal business hours or on weekends for special events of closing the Visitors Center after such events with the exception of Tourism sponsored or initiated events c. Coordinating, scheduling, or supervising paid or volunteer staffing for the Visitors Center; d. Coordinating, scheduling, or supervising any space with the Visitors Center except occupied by Development Corporation staff; e. Coordinating, maintaining, or facilitating any non-Tourism aspect of the “heritage center” of the Visitors Center including but not limited to setting up, maintaining, or removing displays or exhibits; f. Answering the general telephone line for the Visitors Center;
