If we do not receive that period of notice. If you do not provide us with a term’s notice (or if no notice is provided at all) a term’s fees will be payable by you and will become due and owing to the School upon demand as a debt. The term’s fees will be charged at the rate applicable for the next Term following termination by the parents. The School will credit the deposit you have paid (without interest or any entitlement to repayment under Clause 2.2 above) to the payment of the term’s fees you will owe us. Where applicable, such fees will be reduced to take account of any bursary awarded to you.
