The term's fees will be charged at the rate applicable for the term when your child was due to start. The School will credit the deposit you have paid (without interest or any entitlement to repayment under Clause 2.2 above) to the payment of the term's fees you will owe us. Where applicable, such fees will be reduced to take account of any scholarship or bursary awarded to you.
