IF OUTSTANDING LOANS EXCEED TOTAL COMMITMENT. If on any date (after giving effect to any other payments on such date) the aggregate outstanding principal amount of Loans exceeds the Total Commitment as then in effect, then the Borrower shall prepay on such date an aggregate principal amount of Loans at least sufficient to eliminate such excess, and conforming in the case of partial prepayments of Loans to the requirements as to the amounts of partial prepayments of Loans which are contained in section 5.1.
