IDV Use is Optional Clause Samples

IDV Use is Optional. Use of the IDV is optional. In certain jurisdictions, there are laws and regulations that govern the collection, use, and retention of biometric information, which potentially may apply to Company’s use of the IDV. To the extent Company elects to use the IDV, Company agrees to comply with all such laws and regulations. In the event Company is unwilling to comply with laws and regulations relating to the use of Biometric Data, Company shall not use the IDV.
