IDM will Sample Clauses
The 'IDM will' clause defines specific actions or responsibilities that the Independent Decision Maker (IDM) is obligated to perform under the contract. Typically, this clause outlines tasks such as reviewing submissions, making determinations, or providing approvals related to project progress or disputes. For example, the IDM may be required to issue decisions on change orders or certify completion of certain work stages. The core function of this clause is to clearly assign duties to the IDM, ensuring that there is a designated party responsible for impartial decision-making and oversight, which helps prevent disputes and maintain project momentum.
