IDF. The University’s “Integrated Development Framework” of June 2014 which has been compiled according the requirements of the national Department of Higher Education and Training (DoHET) as a “University Master Plan” forming part of the DoHET 5 year Infrastructure Grants in line with the Higher Education Act 101 of 1997. IDF. The intermediate distribution frame located on the second floor of the Building, adjacent to Elevator B (“Second Floor IDF”), shall be excluded from the Premises. Landlord shall have the right to enter the Premises during Tenant’s normal business hours upon at least 24 hours’ prior verbal or written notice to Tenant (except in the event of an emergency) in order to access the Second Floor IDF for maintenance, repairs and all other purposes as deemed reasonably necessary or desirable by Landlord, and Tenant shall have no access to or rights to use the Second Floor IDF.

Presently the program is working in the area of chittagong hill tracts (Rangamati, Bandarban, Khagrachari) .Very soon the program will access to Noakhali , comilla and sylhet.The program has plan to set up a mini solar plant in future .

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇, ▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇, ▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇, and ▇▇- ▇▇▇-▇▇▇, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”). Contractor’s performance shall be subject to evaluation and review in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Colorado statutes governing CMS, and State Fiscal Rules and State Controller policies.
