Identifying Substitute Provider Services. Within ninety (90) days of the Effective Date, CMU will submit to ADS a memorandum describing with reasonable specificity (1) the options available to CMU for providing Substitute Provider Services to ADS, (2) how long it would take for CMU to provide ADS with Substitute Provider Services, and (3) the estimated costs associated with providing any applicable Substitute Provider Services to ADS.
