Applicability After Termination. If ADS terminates this Agreement due to an Event of Default by CMU or MCEDA, Section 1.5 will continue to apply to any Latecomer that connects to the Company-Funded CMU Infrastructure after the ADS Termination Date for a period of twenty (20) years.
Applicability After Termination. The provisions of Section 8.5 and 8.6 shall survive and remain valid and binding following termination of this Agreement.
