Common use of Identifying of Records Clause in Contracts

Identifying of Records. Each SPV Entity shall: (i) identify (or cause a Servicer to identify) its master data processing records relating to Pool Receivables and related Contracts with a legend that indicates that the Pool Receivables have been pledged in accordance with this Agreement and (ii) cause each Originator so to identify its master data processing records with such a legend; provided, that no SPV Entity shall be obligated to include any notation or legend on, or otherwise mark, any Contracts.
