Common use of Identifying of Records Clause in Contracts

Identifying of Records. Such Originator shall identify (or cause the Servicer to identify) its master data processing records relating to Receivables sold or otherwise conveyed (or purported to be sold or otherwise conveyed) by such Originator hereunder (and, to the extent applicable, related Contracts) with a legend that indicates that such Receivables have been sold to the Buyer in accordance with this Agreement and pledged by the Buyer to the Agent in accordance with the RLSA.

Identifying of Records. Such Originator shall identify (or cause the Servicer to identify) its master data processing records relating to Receivables sold or otherwise conveyed (or purported to be sold or otherwise conveyedsold) by such Originator hereunder (and, to the extent applicable, related Contracts) with a legend that indicates that such Receivables have been sold to the Buyer in accordance with this Agreement and pledged by the Buyer to the Agent in accordance with the RLSA.

Such Originator shall identify (or cause the Servicer to identify) its master data processing records relating to Receivables sold it sells or otherwise conveyed (or purported to be sold or otherwise conveyed) by such Originator hereunder (and, contributes to the extent applicable, related Contracts) Buyer with a legend notation, header or footnote that indicates that such Receivables have been sold to the Buyer transferred in accordance with this Agreement and pledged by the Buyer to the Agent in accordance with the RLSAAgreement.

Such Originator shall identify (or cause the Servicer to identify) its master data processing records reports relating to Purchased Receivables sold or otherwise conveyed (or purported to be sold or otherwise conveyed) by such Originator hereunder (and, to the extent applicable, and related Contracts) Contracts with a legend that indicates that such the Purchased Receivables have been sold to the Buyer in accordance with this Agreement and pledged by the Buyer to the Agent in accordance with the RLSAAgreement.
