Identifying of Records. Such Originator shall identify (or cause the Servicer to identify) its master data processing records relating to Receivables sold or otherwise conveyed (or purported to be sold or otherwise conveyed) by such Originator hereunder (and, to the extent applicable, related Contracts) with a legend that indicates that such Receivables have been sold to the Buyer in accordance with this Agreement and pledged by the Buyer to the Agent in accordance with the RLSA.
