Identifying Changes. In keeping with the Department’s reliance on Contractor’s knowledge, experience and expertise, Contractor will be responsible for identifying changes in applicable federal or State legislative enactments, regulations, and Standards, and the impact of such changes on the performance of the Services or Deliverables or the Department’s use of the Services or Deliverables. Contractor must timely notify the Department of such changes and must work with the Department to identify the impact of such changes on how the Department uses the Services or Deliverables.
