Common use of Identification Required Clause in Contracts

Identification Required. Contractor shall provide its employees, contractors and subcontractors with identification for all individuals who may make personal contact with residents of City. Contractor shall provide a list of current employees, contractors, and subcontractors to City upon request. City may require the Contractor to notify customers yearly of the form of said identification.

Contractor shall provide its employees, contractors Affiliates, and subcontractors with identification for all individuals who may make personal contact with residents or businesses in City. City may require Contractor to notify Customers yearly of Citythe form of that identification. Contractor shall provide a list of current employees, contractorsAffiliates, and subcontractors to City upon request. City may require reserves the right to perform a security and identification check through law enforcement agencies upon Contractor to notify customers yearly of the form of said identificationand all its present and future employees, in accordance with accepted procedures established by City, or for probable cause.
