IDENTIFICATION PLAQUE Sample Clauses
The Identification Plaque clause requires that a specific plaque or label be affixed to certain equipment, property, or premises to clearly identify ownership, compliance, or other relevant information. Typically, this clause outlines the required content, placement, and durability of the plaque, such as including the owner's name, serial number, or certification details, and ensuring it is visible and tamper-resistant. Its core practical function is to provide clear, permanent identification for legal, safety, or operational purposes, thereby reducing confusion, aiding in asset management, and supporting regulatory compliance.
