Common use of Identification Marks Clause in Contracts

Identification Marks. The Debtor will cause each item of Equipment owned by it to be kept numbered with the identifying number therefor as set forth on Schedule E hereto to the extent such number has been affixed to such item. The Debtor will not change the identifying number of any item of Equipment except in accordance with a statement of new identifying number to be substituted therefor, which statement previously shall have been filed with the Secured Party.
