Identification Marks. With respect to each Item of Equipment subject to the Lien of this Indenture on the Closing Date, the Company has caused and, on or prior to the date on which an Indenture Supplement is executed and delivered in respect of a Replacement Item of Equipment pursuant to Section 9.11 or 9.14, the Company shall cause each Item of Equipment to be numbered with its road number and reporting xxxx set forth in the Indenture Supplement describing such Item of Equipment and from and after each such date the Company shall keep and maintain, plainly, distinctly, permanently and conspicuously marked by a plate or stencil printed in contrasting colors upon each side of each Item of Equipment, in letters not less than one inch in height, a legend substantially as follows: "OWNERSHIP SUBJECT TO A SECURITY AGREEMENT FILED WITH THE SURFACE TRANSPORTATION BOARD", with appropriate changes thereof and additions thereto as from time to time may be required by law in order to protect the rights of the Trustee under this Indenture. The Company shall not change the identification number of any Item of Equipment unless and until (i) a statement of new number or numbers to be substituted therefor shall have been filed with the Trustee and duly filed, recorded or deposited, as the case may be, by the Company in all public offices where this Indenture shall have been filed, recorded or deposited and (ii) the Company shall have furnished the Trustee with an opinion of counsel to the effect that such statement has been so filed, recorded or deposited, and that no other filing, recordation, deposit or giving of notice with or to any federal, District of Columbia, state, provincial or local government or agency thereof is necessary to protect the rights of the Trustee in such Item of Equipment.
Identification Marks. To the extent requested by Lessor or if required by applicable law, Lessee shall affix to the Equipment at Lessee's expense signs, labels, or other forms of notice to disclose Lessor's ownership of, and the interest of any Assignee in, the Equipment. Lessee shall keep and maintain such signs, labels or other forms of notice affixed to the Equipment throughout the Lease Term. Lessor may furnish such signs, labels or other forms of notice to Lessee. Except as otherwise directed by Lessor, Lessee shall not allow the name of any person other than Lessor to be placed on any part of the Equipment as a designation that might reasonably be interpreted as a claim of ownership.
Identification Marks. The make / identification mark of the manufacturer must clearly be punched /engraved / embossed / tagged ( wherever Punching / Engraving/ embossing is not possible) on each of the item at a visible place which is not subject to normal wear and tear for convenience of identification at any time.
Identification Marks. The Debtor will cause each item of Equipment owned by it to be kept numbered with the identifying number therefor as set forth on Schedule E hereto to the extent such number has been affixed to such item. The Debtor will not change the identifying number of any item of Equipment except in accordance with a statement of new identifying number to be substituted therefor, which statement previously shall have been filed with the Secured Party.
Identification Marks. 9.1 The Agency shall be entitled to make reference to the Agency and the author, if applicable, on all advertising means and in any advertising and promotion measures, without the Customer being entitled to any payment in this respect.
Identification Marks. Lessee shall use its best efforts to affix within ninety (90) days of the Closing Date and shall thereafter keep and maintain, prominently displayed on each Item of Equipment, a plaque or label with the words "OWNED BY BRL UNIVERSAL EQUIPMENT 2001 A, L.P., AND SUBJECT TO A SECURITY INTEREST IN FAVOR OF BANKERS TRUST COMPANY AS COLLATERAL AGENT FOR NOTEHOLDERS OF AND LENDERS TO BRL UNIVERSAL EQUIPMENT 2001 A, L.P." or other appropriate words designated by Lessor, with appropriate changes thereof and additions thereto as from time to time may be required by law in order to protect Lessor's and any Assignee's interests in such Item. Lessee shall not allow the name of any Person, to be placed upon any Item of Equipment as a designation that might be interpreted as indicating a claim of ownership thereto or a security interest therein by any Person other than Lessor or any Assignee.
Identification Marks. The Manager shall use its best efforts to cause, within one ninety (90) days after the Closing Date, and at all times thereafter, to be affixed and shall keep and maintain, prominently displayed on each Owner Compressor acquired by the Issuer or the Lessor on the Closing Date or thereafter, a sticker with the phrase “This Equipment is owned by Exterran or an Affiliated Company and is subject to a security interest in favor of a financial institution and a sale or other disposition of this Equipment may violate the rights of such financial institution. For more information, call Vice President Finance and Treasury at 281-836-7000, with appropriate changes thereto specified by the Requisite Global Majority as may be required by Applicable Law in order to provide notice that the Owner Compressors serve as collateral for a financing arrangement. The Manager shall not allow any inconsistent sticker on any of the Owner Compressors.
Identification Marks. Each item of the Product shall have a unique identification numbers and a SKU number. Shenzhen Yi Jia shall account for all units of Product in a manner that clearly enables Xxxxxx and Shenzhen Yi Jia to know the sale or other disposition of each unit of Product.
