Common use of Identification Marks Clause in Contracts

Identification Marks. To the extent requested by Lessor or if required by applicable law, Lessee shall affix to the Equipment at Lessee's expense signs, labels, or other forms of notice to disclose Lessor's ownership of, and the interest of any Assignee in, the Equipment. Lessee shall keep and maintain such signs, labels or other forms of notice affixed to the Equipment throughout the Lease Term. Lessor may furnish such signs, labels or other forms of notice to Lessee. Except as otherwise directed by Lessor, Lessee shall not allow the name of any person other than Lessor to be placed on any part of the Equipment as a designation that might reasonably be interpreted as a claim of ownership.
