Common use of Identification Badges Clause in Contracts

Identification Badges. The Medical Center shall replace identification badge at no cost to the nurse when the badge is lost due to catastrophic events beyond the nurse’s control. Nurses shall be allowed to wear ONA logos and buttons on their badges and uniforms, so long as such logos or buttons do not obscure the name, title or photograph on the nurse’s badge.
