Common use of ICE SUPERVISION Clause in Contracts

ICE SUPERVISION. Immigration enforcement activities conducted by participating FCSO personnel will be supervised and directed by ICE. Participating FCSO personnel are not authorized to perform immigration officer functions except when working under the supervision or direction of ICE.
