Ice Control Clause Samples

The Ice Control clause outlines the responsibilities and procedures for managing and mitigating ice accumulation on a property or worksite. Typically, it specifies which party is responsible for monitoring weather conditions, applying de-icing materials, and removing ice from walkways, driveways, or other critical areas to ensure safety. This clause is essential for preventing accidents and injuries caused by slippery surfaces, thereby allocating responsibility and reducing liability risks for both property owners and service providers.
