ICC Locations Clause Samples

ICC Locations. Physician shall provide professional medical services to the patients of the District at the ICC Locations, as mutually agreed upon by the parties hereto. Physician agrees to provide medical services at the ICC Locations on a PRN basis during regular office hours at the ICC Locations. Office hours shall be posted at the ICC Locations and shall be consistent with similar medical practices in the community. Physician shall perform such administrative duties on behalf of the District as are determined by the District to be reasonable and necessary to ensure the proper and efficient operation of the ICC Locations. Physician shall participate in the training and supervision of non-physician personnel performing services at the ICC Locations and shall assist the District in the evaluation of such personnel’s job performance.
