IBM Compatible. OPIE shall in no event be liable for any Software malfunction which may occur if the Software is run upon any equipment other than computers which are “IBM Compatible”. For the purpose of this Agreement “IBM Compatible” shall mean any computer which will operate the software, which is the subject matter of this Agreement without requiring any modification or addition to the software.
