HYPERBARIC ALLOWANCE. 6.7.1 An employee who, during any week, is required to participate in a hyperbaric chamber treatment in the Hyperbaric Medicine Unit at the Royal Adelaide Hospital will be paid an allowance that week. This allowance is paid in recognition of the consequential limitations on employees’ social and recreational activities. 6.7.2 The allowance will be paid as follows: • $18.25 per week from the first full pay period on or after 1 October 2010;

HYPERBARIC ALLOWANCE. 23.1 Employees working in hyperbaric ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ are not able to “dive” more than three days in a row for short and shallow dives. There must also be an eighteen hour surface interval between dives which means only one dive is permitted per day. For longer dives a forty-eight hour surface interval is required. 23.2 An employee working in a hyperbaric chamber is entitled to an allowance of $15.91 per week.
HYPERBARIC ALLOWANCE. 38.1 An employee who, during any week, is required to participate in a hyperbaric chamber treatment in the Hyperbaric Medicine Unit at the Royal Adelaide Hospital will be paid an allowance that week. This allowance, which will apply for the duration of this Agreement, is paid in recognition of the consequential limitations on employees’ social and recreational activities. 38.2 The allowance will be paid as follows: • $16.50 from the first full pay period on or after 1 October 2007; • $17.00 from the first full pay period on or after 1 October 2008; and • $17.65 from the first full pay period on or after 1 October 2009. 38.3 Eligibility to work in the Hyperbaric Medicine Unit, assessment of fitness for hyperbaric exposure, surface intervals, etc. will be applied as prescribed in the RAH Hyperbaric Medicine Unit Policy and Procedures Manual.

  • Site Allowance All new construction and extension/refurbishment work having a project value in excess of $2.0m will attract the then current City of Melbourne Site Allowance.

  • Tool Allowance (a) A tool allowance as set in the relevant Wage Tables in Appendix A per week shall be paid for all purposes to:- (i) Electrical workers at Grade EW 5 and beyond; (ii) Electrical workers performing the duties of: (A) Television Antenna Installer/Erector; (B) Television/Radio/Electronic Equipment Servicemen; and (iii) Apprentices - Contained within the relevant Apprentice Wage Rates.

  • Meal Allowance A shift worker who works a qualifying shift of eight hours or the rostered shift, whichever is the greater, and who is required to work more than one hour beyond the end of the shift (excluding any break for a meal) shall be paid a meal allowance of $7.95, or, at the option of the employer, be provided with a meal.

  • Boot Allowance The District will pay $180 toward the purchase and/or repair of work boots for District Employees listed in the District’s Work Apparel Policy and/or at the discretion of the employee’s department manager. Payment will be made by the first full paycheck of the employee’s date of hire and annually thereafter. Boots must meet applicable OSHA standards for the duties assigned.

  • Altona Area Allowance As of 1 March 2024 an Employee within a 8 km radius from the intersection of Kororoit Creek Road and Millers Road, Altona shall, when employed on chemical or petrochemical plants or on commercial or industrial construction jobs within 1 km of the nearest part of the perimeter of such plants or within the perimeter of storage tank farms, be paid an all- purpose allowance of $1.55 per hour extra. This allowance will be adjusted annually in accordance with CPI (All Groups, Melbourne) movements measured in the twelve month period ending the previous December quarter effective as of 1 March 2025 rounded to the nearest 5 cents.
