Human Resources Policy. The employee acknowledges having received a copy of the employment regulations and agrees to comply with the provisions. The parent company, VolitionRx Limited (“VNRX”), has drawn up an ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ policy relating to trading and to the offence of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ of important, undisclosed information. The Policy prohibits the directors, managers, employees and consultants of the Company and its subsidiaries from trading VNRX shares during certain Blackout periods, as described in the Policy. The Employee acknowledges having received a copy and agrees to comply with its provisions. VNRX has adopted a Code of Business Conduct and Ethics for its employees and directors, which the employee must comply with when performing his duties.
